Initially, the buyer was informed that one trawl was required for an oversized body and one FTL. One-time customs dispatch. The difficulty was that the direction for awnings was extremely unpopular at that time. There are no guarantees to find a standard truck on the date of arrival of the trawl; there is a risk of downtime of the trawl, and this is 350 € per day.

We carefully worked with the packing list, issued a solution, settled and agreed with the Client on the placement scheme. All parts were safely placed on one trawl. Thus, the risk of idle trawl waiting for the truck was removed. A great bonus – we saved 3,400 €. Delivered on time and safe.

To deliver four oversized containers on time and with limited funds. The deadlines under the contract would be blown if the cargo is delivered the way suggested by the logistics market. Due to urgency, the budget can be exceeded by 20%.

We successfully transported the oversized cargo in curtain side trucks due to our precise projection of cargo placement in the semitrailer and knowledge of Russian and international legislation in the field of oversized cargo transportation.

To deliver a production line by route Haiger (DE)—Kaliningrad (RF). To comply with partially block delivery and the schedule of shipments; to meet the budget.

We reduced the cost of transportation due to our knowledge of export flows from/to the Kaliningrad region. We ensured the transparency of costs. We used 19 vehicles, including 3 oversized ones.

To timely dispatch the entire shipment on a single ship. To develop placement and securing plan. To carry out forwarding and agency services in ports.

We carefully studied cargo drawings and dimensions. As a result, we were able to fit the cargoes on the ship in a compact manner. Deadlines were met. Related work was completed.

BFK Trans, Kaliningrad, Russia

To design a transportation route at the site under construction, taking into account future restrictions. To select a suitable type of transport and carry out the transportation.

We simulated the passage of the road train with the cargo — we specified the path, radiuses and inclinations, and indicated them on the site layout in the required format. Dimensions of the cargo were 30 x 4 x 5 m, weight — 100 tons, quantity — 3 units. We completed the transportation on time and within budget.

Concealed at the Client's request

Netherlands—Russian Federation, port of St. Petersburg. To deliver parts of two used production lines. To examine the condition and take measurements of cargo places. To prepare a shipload lot. The port of departure does not accept all cargoes due to environmental regulations. To send the remaining cargo, not accepted by the terminal, by road transport to the port of St. Petersburg for consolidation with the arriving shipload lot for one-time customs clearance.

The production lines parts have been studied by our representative in the Netherlands. Ship and road lots have been prepared. Method statements for crane operation have been developed for heavy cargoes.

Six standard vehicles were loaded and shipped; Eindhoven (Netherlands)—Lübeck port—St. Petersburg port (Russia). Unloading to the covered warehouse and storage was provided.

18 oversized cargo units were loaded and transported, including two presses, 155 tons each. Eindhoven—Rotterdam port. Later: unloading and storage in the port, packaging, loading on the ship, delivery to the port of St. Petersburg.

The task was done in conditions of uncertainty about many factors and on a tight schedule. The cargo was delivered while maintaining the Time-Budget-Risk balance.

Oil & Gas systems (OGS)

Transportation by road along the route Kaliningrad—Murmansk. The key task was simultaneous supply and loading of 17 vehicles within two days, and their simultaneous arrival to the customs clearance point.

All 17 vehicles were supplied and loaded within 48 hours. High-priced cargo (up to 40 million rubles per 1 vehicle) was delivered safely and on time.

Gidrokomfort group of companies

To deliver 3 oversized containers from Russia to the Kaliningrad region. To evaluate several possible routes according to the transit time-and-cost criterion. Initially, the cargo was supposed to be placed on two vehicles.

All cargoes were safely placed on one trailer and delivered by road transport by the Ust-Luga—Baltiysk ferry line. The cargo was delivered on time and on budget.
